Terms
Last updated 27 October 2026
Vocarra is run by Luke Freyman, a sole operator in Florida, United States. These terms cover the vocarra.co website and the clip editing service.
The website
vocarra.co is published as it is, with no warranty. It is a description of a service, not an offer that binds anyone. Nothing on it is advice.
The clip service
Work is agreed one job at a time, in writing, before anything is produced. An agreement names the price, the number of clips, the turnaround and the source material. Anything not named there is not included.
Where a price carries a guarantee, the guarantee is what it says: if you would not post any of the clips delivered, you do not pay for them.
Your material, and your rights in it
You keep every right in the recordings you supply. By sending material you confirm you are entitled to have it edited, and you grant permission to download and cut it for the agreed job only.
Finished clips are yours on payment, to post and reuse without restriction and without crediting Vocarra. Clips are not shown publicly as samples without your written permission.
What is not promised
No promise is made about views, followers, engagement or revenue. Those depend on your audience and on platforms nobody here controls.
Limits
Liability for any job is limited to what was paid for that job. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Software
The tools behind the service are private and internal. They are not licensed, sold or offered for use by anyone else.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top is when they last did. A change never applies backwards to a job already agreed.
Governing law
Florida, United States.
