Refunds

Vocarra Media is operated by Luke Freyman from 1070 Montgomery Rd, Unit 354, Altamonte Springs, FL 32714, United States. This page covers paid digital media and content services, billed monthly or by invoice.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time before your next billing date. Do it yourself on the billing page, or email hello@vocarra.co and it is done the same day. There is no notice period, no cancellation fee and no minimum term.

When you cancel, the current billing period runs to its end and you keep everything due in it. Nothing is charged after that.

What is not refundable

Delivered work and past billing periods are not refundable. Once clips or other content have been produced and sent to you, the work is done and the money for it stays spent. The same applies to a billing period that has already started: cancelling partway through ends the next charge, it does not reverse the current one.

Work that is not right

If something delivered is not what was agreed, say so and it is recut. Revisions are included to the number named in your plan or your invoice. Fixing the work is the remedy here, not a refund.

Where a specific offer carries its own guarantee in writing, that guarantee is what applies and it is honoured as written.

If we cannot deliver

If a billing period is paid for and no work is produced in it, that period is refunded in full. This covers the case where the fault is on this side: illness, a missed turnaround, or the service stopping.

Chargebacks

Email first. Almost everything is settled the same day by recutting the work or cancelling the plan, and a chargeback on delivered work is disputed with the delivery record.

How a refund is paid

A refund goes back to the card or account it was paid from, and normally lands within five to ten business days depending on the bank.
